分析：
─ 就英文的語意，如果是 “tight” budget，根本不能去買消費品如電視的，應該留下來用於吃飯求溫飽了。買電視有限的預算應該說limited budget才對。

─ 關於LED TV的錯誤觀念，此地澄清一下：市面上說的LED TV，其實只是 LED-backlit LCD TV（LED背光的LCD顯示器電視）而已，而目前的LED科技是以應用於戶外大屏幕顯示器為主（如台北小巨蛋外牆）。

─ fancy與expensive意義重疊，應刪去expensive。

─ had to be delayed累贅，只要說was delayed就可以了。
